ENROLMENT MANAGER PROPOSAL

We would love to invite you to join us as an independent self-employed support role, in the position of Enrolment Manager at the Academy of Wellness.  It is with pleasure that we would like to present you with  more information in this proposal about our Fantastic Incentivised role, that is a ‘cut above’ the standard Referral Affiliate Programme’ (RAP)

Please read this proposal carefully, to see if you feel that it is a role you will enjoy, and are able to fill, in terms of the additional dedication required. Should you enjoy the idea of filling this role, once you have read through this proposal, please book a conversation with one of our directors to agree about the ‘fit’ and about how you see yourself filling this role.

This role receives financial rewards through three Payment Plans:

  • Plan 1 and Plan 2 will be paid out automatically according to the terms below.
  • Plan 3 is optional if you choose to expand your business as an Enrolment Manager
  • Links to commission tables are at the end of the Plan 3’s description, where you will be able to get an idea of the actual payment you could be awarded.

PAYMENT PLANS

The following points illustrate the nature of the payment plan:

  • The Enrolment Manager position will be an independent, self-employed support position, titled ‘Enrolment Manager: Academy of Wellness’
  • By accepting this position, you do not become an employee of the Academy of Wellness – you are contracting to the Academy of Wellness in your own right as an independent business owner.  This is a verbal contract and can be terminated by both parties at any point in time,
    • The Enrolment Manager position will be a commission only position, with no targets or deadlines. There are only incentives.
    • The Enrolment Manager position constitutes a home-based flexible-hours position. The Academy of Wellness does not dictate work venue or work hours.
    • The Enrolment Manager position enjoys a payment plan that is structured as a Dual Plan System’ (with an optional add on Plan 3) as outlined in this proposal.
    • Summary of the three Payment Plans:
      1. PLAN 1: Commissions on enrolments generated by your own personal efforts
      2. PLAN 2: Rewards are paid on enrolments that are NOT generated by your own personal efforts. This is subject to the rules outlined in Plan 2 further down.
      3. PLAN 3: This is an optional Plan for those Enrolment Managers who wish to create a team and grow their income base further.
          • Enrolments generated by an Enrolment Team created and nurtured by your own efforts.
    • The position as Enrolment Manager enjoys a very attractive, incentivised commission structure, and as a result is subject to the following ‘Qualifying Criteria’:
      1. Enrolments must be generated through your own personal efforts, in order to generate PLAN 1 commissions of at least the ‘Baseline Commission’ (which is explained in full, further down)
        • Your FIRST NINE MONTHS as an Enrolment Manager (EM)
            • In order to give you a ‘helping start’ as a new EM, we have created special support when you get started. The first 9 months of your first year will be made up as follows:
              • Your first 3 months are referred to as your ‘Grace Period’. There is only ONE ‘Grace Period’ in your life as an EM with the Academy. It will not be reinstated if you are reverted to an Affiliate and then reinstated, as described further down.
              • The next 6 months are referred to as your ‘Six Month Qualifying Period’ and starts from the 1st day of the month after your ‘Grace Period’ ends.
              • In order to maintain your status as an EM, you will be required to generate an average of three (3) IHWPC enrolments over each consecutive six (6) month period.
              • In your first nine months, this criteria applies from the start of the fourth (4th) month of acceptance of this proposal (end of your ‘Grace Period’)
              • Therefore, in order to maintain your status as an EM, you will be required to generate 4 x Plan 1 commission IHWPC enrolments in your first nine (9) months as an EM.
  • Thereafter, your ‘Qualifying Criteria’ will run on the ‘Six Month Qualifying Period’ cycles.
    • E.g. If the date of your Acceptance email  is 01 April 2018, then your ‘Grace Period’ runs for 3 months, from 01 April 2018 until 31 June 2018.
    • Your initial ‘Six Month Qualifying Period’ then starts on 01 July 2018 and runs for 6 months, until 31 December 2018.
    • Thereafter, in terms of your ‘Qualifying Criteria’, your cycle of ‘Six Month Qualifying Periods’ start on 01 January 2019 and runs for 6 months until 30 June 2019, and starts again on 01 July 2019 until 31 December 2019
  • Thereafter, in order to maintain your status as an EM, you will be required to generate 6 x Plan 1 commission IHWPC enrolments per annum (i.e. three (3) enrolments over each consecutive six (6) month period ).
  • Should you NOT meet this criteria:
    • Your status will revert to that of a standard RAP affiliate, and the RAP commission percentages (with a RAP-Baseline of 3% and a RAP Sliding Scale of 5% and 7%) will apply, until you meet the above ‘Qualifying Criteria’ and have generated three (3) enrolments over a consecutive six (6) month period.
    • In this circumstance, you will be paid the reverted RAP Affiliate ‘Baseline Commission’ on the first 2 enrolments. Once the third enrolment is generated, and provided that it is within the same consecutive 6 month period as the first two enrolments, you will be reinstated at the Enrolment Manager (EM) ‘Baseline Commission’.
    • Your third enrolment will then be paid out at the reinstated ‘EM-Baseline Commission’ percentage.
    • The previous two enrolments will be adjusted accordingly:
      • You will be paid the DIFFERENCE between the reverted RAP Affiliate ‘Baseline Commission’ that you were paid when the first two enrolments were generated, and the new reinstated  ‘EM Baseline Commission’
        • e.g. if you were paid 3% (reverted RAP Affiliate ‘Baseline Commission’) each on the first two enrolments, you would be paid 10% (reinstated ‘EM Baseline Commission’) on the third enrolment PLUS the additional 7% (10% minus 3%) per enrolment on the previous two enrolments (provided that they were generated in the same consecutive 6 month time period)
        • This means that you would effectively have earned the full 10% (reinstated ‘EM Baseline Commission’) on ALL THREE enrolments in that consecutive 6 month time period (no matter that the first two may have been enrolled in March, and the third only in July, as this is still within the 6 consecutive month time period)
    • Plan 2 rewards will cease completely until you are reinstated to Plan 1 Enrolment Manager status.
    • If you have chosen to create an active Plan 3 Enrolment Team, who are generating enrolments, then this criteria falls away, and you cannot be reverted to a RAP Affiliate status. See the Plan 3 commissions and commission qualifying criteria in the relevant Plan 3 section in this proposal.
  • The incentive plans are financial and the ‘Plans 1, 2 and 3’ commissions are centred on the number of enrolments per calendar month (1st to 31st of each month) as reflected in the attached spreadsheets (see the links further down), and summarised in the ‘Dual Plan System’ below:
  • Plan 1:
    1. Plan 1 commissions are paid on all student enrolments that are directly created through your efforts and generated through your u-RAP code (Unique Referral Affiliate Programme code)
    2. ‘Plan 1’ Commissions are paid pro-rata on the enrolment fees, and are subject to the actual payment being made by the student, for Enrolment manager affiliate commission payments to be made.
    3. Commission payments are strictly subject to the enrollee’s funds being processed via any of the  payment portals set up to take student payments, or via bank transfer into the South African or United Kingdom bank accounts.
    4. ‘Cancellation & Refund Cooling Off Period’:

New enrollees’ funds for full payments, deposits and monthly instalments MUST be cleared and available in the Academy of Wellness’ bank accounts. All students’ full payments/ initial deposits must have exceeded the 14 day cancellation period set out in the Refund Policy, prior to any Affiliate commission payouts.

In order to accommodate any possible refund requests from new students, ALL commission payments will only be paid out at the month end following thirty (30) days AFTER the cooling off period, where applicable.

          • E.g. if your new enrollee pays their deposit on 03 May 2018, then the cooling off period expires on 17 May 2018. 30 days thereafter is 17 June 2018. Your commission ‘Payout Date’ will therefore be 30 June 2018
          • Monthly instalments are not subject to the cooling off period, and will therefore be paid out at the month end following thirty (30) days AFTER the instalment has been reflected in the Academy of Wellness’ bank account.
            • E.g. using the same example above, if your new enrollee then pays their first monthly instalment on 03 June 2018, then as there is NO cooling off period, the 30 days thereafter is 03 July 2018. Your commission ‘Payout Date’ for this instalment will therefore be 31 July 2018.
            • This will automatically be reflected in your u-RAP account.
      • Payment Cycles for all Plans:
          • You will be allocated your own unique Referral Affiliate Programme(u-RAP) account, with the higher ‘EM-Baseline Commission’ percentage.
          • Sliding Scale Incentivised Commissions:
            • Commissions percentages are structured in a Sliding Scale Incentivised format.
            • Your ‘Baseline Commission Percentage’ will be applied to your u-RAP account, until you reach the next Sliding Scale Enrolment number that applies to the consecutive enrolment number in that Sliding Scale Commission Bracket. This is explained in the Commission Percentages further down.
            • Your ‘Baseline Commission Percentage’ will be updated to the higher percentage by the Finance Team as you reach the next relevant level.
          • Your commissions will be paid as follows (honouring the ‘Cancellation & Refund Cooling off period’):  
            • If you live in South Africa (SA), your payments will be transferred by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) from the Academy of Wellness SA bank account, to your SA bank account. When a payment is made it should reflect within a day or two depending on which bank you use. If it’s Nedbank to Nedbank then it should reflect immediately. There should therefore be no bank charges to you based on our transfer to your bank. What you earn is what we transfer. And what we transfer is what you get in your bank to draw or spend, or keep there, as you wish.
            • If you live elsewhere in Africa, your payments will be transferred by international money transfer. We will cover the international transfer charges, therefore.what reflects on your RAP commissions in your RAP account, is what will be transferred into your bank account.
            • If you live in the United Kingdom (UK), your payments will be transferred by Faster Payments from the Academy of Wellness UK bank account, to your UK bank account. When a payment is made it may reflect within a day or two depending on which bank you use. If it’s Santander to Santander then it should reflect immediately. There should therefore be no bank charges to you based on our transfer to your bank. What you earn is what we transfer. And what we transfer is what you get in your bank to draw or spend, or keep there, as you wish.
            • If you live in Europe or the rest of the world, your payments will be transferred via World First or PayPal, as an international money transfer, depending on who has the lowest fees. We will cover the international transfer charges, therefore.what reflects on your RAP commissions in your RAP account, is what will be transferred into your bank account.
        • Plan 1: Your monthly commissions will appear in your account as the enrolments generated by you are processed.
        • Plan 2: You will receive a statement from the Finance Team at the Academy of Wellness, listing the Plan 2 qualifying enrolment commissions. This cannot be reflected on your u-RAP account as these are enrolments that have not been inspired through your personal efforts.
    • ‘Plan 1’ commissions on deposits and full payments will be paid at the month end after 30 days have passed since the last day of the ‘Cancellation & Refund Cooling off period’.
        • e.g. Enrolment fees paid by the student on 20 May 2018 pays out on 31 July 2018, because the ‘Cancellation & Refund Cooling off period’ ends on 03 June 2018. 30 days thereafter is 03 July 2018. The next month end is 31 July 2018 which will be your ‘Payout Date’
    • DEPOSITS:
        • Once the deposit is paid, ‘Plan 1’ commissions will be paid at month end as outlined above.
    • MONTHLY INSTALMENT PLANS:
        • Monthly instalment plans are NOT subject to the ‘Cancellation & Refund Cooling off period’
        • If the enrolment is a Monthly Instalment Plan then all enrolling students will be billed monthly and this will be reflected on your u-RAP account until the Instalment plan has run its course.
        • If the enrolment is a Monthly Instalment Plan, then the ‘Plan 1’ Monthly instalment commissions ‘Payout Date’ will take place 30 days following the sale in case the new student  requests a refund during that time. In this event, the allocated commissions will be removed from your  u-RAP account automatically, and Sliding Scale Commission Percentages will be adjusted accordingly).
          • i.e. If  the instalments run on the 12th of each  month, your ‘Payout Date’ will be at the end of the following month end…  e.g. if the Instalment is taken on 12 July 2018, your ‘Payout Date’ will be 31 August 2018. These commissions will be reflected in your u-RAP account.
          • The above Deposit and Monthly Instalment plan commissions are strictly subject to the enrollee’s funds being processed via any of the  payment portals set up to take student payments, or via bank transfer into the South African or United Kingdom bank accounts. ALL commissions paid on full payments or deposits are strictly subject to the ‘Cancellation & Refund Cooling off period that is afforded to the enrollee, before being paid out to the Enrolment Managers or any other Affiliates or Enrolment Team Members.
    • PLAN 1 COMMISSION PERCENTAGES
        • Your commission is programmed into your Unique Referral Affiliate Programme (RAP) Account Management Dashboard, and is set at your minimum commission of 10%.  This is referred to as the ‘baseline commission’. This is because the programme does not accommodate incentivised commission structures such as this one.
          • Therefore all your enrolments in your RAP Account Management Dashboard each month, will appear to attract a 10% commission. This will be adjusted as referred to below.
          • Once you exceed the minimum student enrolments to qualify for the next Commission percentage Sliding Scale increase (from the Baseline Commission of 10%) you will qualify for the additional percentages listed in the Commission Structure table (see percentages listed further down, and the link to the Commision Tables after Plan 3).
          • The adjusted commission percentages are then retrospective to the 1st enrolment in that calendar month.
        • These Sliding Scale Commission percentages are centred on the number of enrolments per calendar month (1st to 31st of each month) as detailed below:
        • 1st to 6th enrolment per month attracts (ten) 10 % of the enrolment fees. This 10% is referred to as the ‘baseline commission’

Thereafter

        • 7th to 11th enrolment per month attracts (twelve) 12 % of the enrolment fees, and changes the entire commissions for all enrolments that calendar month to 12%. (i.e 1st to 11th enrolments attract the full 12% and is retrospective to the 1st enrolment in that calendar month)

Thereafter

        • 12th + each additional enrolment per month attracts (fifteen) 15 % of the enrolment fees, and changes the entire commissions for all enrolments that calendar month to 15%. (i.e 1st to 12th and any additional enrolments thereafter, attract the full 15% and is retrospective to the 1st enrolment in that calendar month.
  • Plan 2
    • PLAN 2 REWARDS ARE PAID ON THE FOLLOWING (QUALIFYING ENROLMENTS):
      • ALL ENROLMENTS NOT GENERATED BY YOUR DIRECT ACTIVITIES (i.e All student enrolments that are NOT created through any of your efforts but are generated through our independent Referral Affiliate Programme (RAP) or any marketing done by the Academy of Wellness, independently of you)
      • ENROLMENTS GENERATED BY ANY MEMBERS OF THE ACADEMY OF WELLNESS ‘RAP AFFILIATES TEAM
      • PLAN 2 REWARDS ARE NOT PAID ON THE FOLLOWING (NON-QUALIFYING ENROLMENTS):
        • DIRECT ENROLMENTS GENERATED BY ENROLMENT MANAGER (|YOU) OR YOUR OWN ENROLMENT TEAM
        • DIRECT ENROLMENTS GENERATED BY ANY OTHER ENROLMENT MANAGERS OR THEIR ENROLMENT TEAMS
        • DIRECT ENROLMENTS GENERATED BY ANY REFERRAL AFFILIATES ON THE REFERRAL AFFILIATE PROGRAMME (RAP)
      • Plan 2 rewards ARE NOT REFLECTED ON YOUR u-RAP account, as they are not generated though YOUR efforts.  Therefore the Finance Team will generate a monthly statement, at each month end, listing all the Plan 2 Enrolments, and your ‘Payout Dates’.
      • Plan 2 rewards will pay you a 3% commission on the total commissions earned in each calendar month, on all Plan 2 Qualifying Enrolments as mentioned above.
      • Plan 2 rewards are paid out on the Qualifying Enrolments described above in each calendar month (1st to 31st of each month)
      • Plan 2 rewards are set at a standard 3 (three) % of the enrolment fees
      • Plan 2 reward percentages are dependant on the number of enrolments as follows:
        • Months 1 to 3:
          • This time frame is referred to as your ‘grace period’
            • Your ‘grace period’ runs for three (3) full calendar months from the DATE OF YOUR ACCEPTANCE EMAIL of this proposal. e.g. Acceptance email received on 06 March 2018, means that your ‘Grace Period’ starts on 06 March 2018, and Plan 2 rewards commence on enrolments that were generated from 06 March 2018.
              • Your ‘grace period’ therefore runs from 06 March 2018 to 06  June 2018
        • NO PLAN 1 enrolments are required to qualify for Plan 2 rewards to be paid out in the first 3 months.
        • You will be paid out PLAN 2 rewards at the end of each calendar month for the 1st three (3) months from the date of accepting the role as an Academy of Wellness Enrolment Manager,
          • Using the same example above, if your ‘grace period’ runs from 06 March 2018 to 06 June 2018, you will be paid 3% on any Plan 2 enrolments generated (that were NOT inspired through YOUR efforts) as follows:
          • The Plan 2 ‘Payout Date’ for any enrolments generated from 06 March 2018 (start of your Grace Period) to 30 March 2018 will be 30 April 2018
          • Then any Plan 2 enrolments generated from 01 April 2018 to 30 April 2018 will have a Plan 2 ‘Payout Date’ of 31 May 2018.
          • Thereafter, any Plan 2 enrolments generated from 01 May 2018 to 31 May 2018 will have a Plan 2 ‘Payout Date’ of 30 June 2018.
          • Finally, any Plan 2 enrolments generated from 01 June 2018 to 06 June 2018 (the END of your ‘Grace Period’) will have a Plan 2 ‘Payout Date’ of 31 July 2018.
        • The same Payout rules apply as detailed above for Plan 1 Payouts
      • Month 4 onwards (after your ‘Grace Period’ ENDS):
        • If you brought in NO PLAN 1 enrolments between months 1 and 3, by the end of your ‘Grace Period’) then PLAN 2 rewards will stop with immediate effect, and NO Plan 2 rewards will be paid out at the end of month 4 onwards, until you bring in at least one (1) enrolment.
        • PLAN 2 rewards will resume from the 1st enrolment at any time thereafter.
        • *Should you have a 3 month lapse period, at any point in time while holding your position as an Academy of Wellness Enrolment Manager, where you have not generated any PLAN 1 enrolments for an entire 3 month consecutive period, PLAN 2 rewards will stop with immediate effect.
          • *This Plan 2 Criteria will not apply, if you have generated an average of 6 to 11 enrolments over a 6 month period, or 12 or more enrolments over a 3 month period.
          • PLAN 2 rewards will resume again from the 1st enrolment at any time thereafter.

 

  • PLAN 3

This is an optional Plan for those Enrolment Managers who wish to create a team and grow their income base further. You will receive Plan 3 Commissions of  25% on all commissions earned by your

Enrolment Team

  • PLAN 3 Commissions are paid on the Total Commissions earned by your Enrolment Team (ET)
    • You will receive a 25% commission on the total commissions earned in each calendar month, for enrolments generated by your Enrolment Team (ET)
      • Your ET must be sourced, created and nurtured through your own efforts.
      • Each new ET member that you source MUST be interviewed by an Academy of Wellness Director, in an Acceptance Conversation (the same way that you were interviewed in Your own Acceptance Conversation, prior to being enrolled in your ET. Each new Team Member must Please book a conversation with one of our directors, to agree about the ‘fit’ and about how they see themselves in this role. They will then also receive an Acceptance Email the way you did.
      • ET members WILL NOT be eligible for PLAN 2 Commissions, and will receive a lower Commission fee structure in terms of percentages, than you do as an EM.
      • ET Commission Tables will be made available to you as soon as you notify us that you wish to begin creating your Enrolment Team.
  • PLAN 3 COMMISSIONS ‘QUALIFYING CRITERIA’
        • Plan 3 Commission Payouts are subject to your own personal direct enrolments that generate PLAN 1 commissions of at least the 10%, ‘baseline commission’
        • You will need to generate an average of one (1) IHWPC enrolment over each consecutive three (3) month period i.e 4 x personal Plan 1 commission enrolments per annum at a minimum of 1 enrolment per quarter.
        • Should this criteria not be met in the previous 3 month cycle, you will forfeit the 3rd month in the cycle’s Payout Date’ in terms of your PLAN 3 commissions.
        • The PLAN 3 commissions will resume as soon as you generate your next personal PLAN 1 IHWPC enrolment, thereby resuming the qualifying cycle.
          • i.e should you NOT generate even one personal Plan 1 IHWPC enrolment from 01 August 2018 to 31 October 2018, then you will forfeit the 25% of your Enrolment Team’s commissions on the ‘Payout Date’ of 30 November 2018. This forfeit will continue until you generate your next personal Plan 1 IHWPC enrolment.
          • If you then only generate your next  enrolment on 04 December 2018, your Plan 3 (25%) commissions will then be reinstated on the ‘Payout Date’ of 31 January 2019.
      • Plan 3 is NOT paid on YOUR PERSONAL Sales generation. YOUR PERSONAL COMMISSIONS ON YOUR OWN PLAN 1 ENROLMENTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR ENROLMENT TEAM TOTALS (for PLAN 3 commission payment purposes)
        • i.e. you WILL NOT EARN 25% over and above your Plan 1 commissions. You will ONLY earn the 25% Plan 3 commissions on your team member’s Paid out commissions.
          • E.g. if in one calendar month, YOU generate £10 000 worth of your own Plan 1 commissions, and you have 5 team members who collectively earn £4000 each in the same calendar month (i.e £20 000 commission was paid out to your entire ET) you will earn 25% of £20 000 = £5000. You will NOT earn 25% of £30 000, as £10 000 of that was generated by your own personal sales)
      • This plan will be created to support you building an Academy of Wellness Enrolment Team and growing your own business within the Academy of Wellness umbrella..
        • You will receive marketing and accounting support while building and managing your team.
      • You will receive a monthly statement from the Academy Finance Team, reflecting your Plan 3 Team’s enrolments and commissions generated in each calendar month. These commissions will be able to be cross referenced to each Team member’s u-RAP account.
      • ‘Plan 3’ commissions will be paid out 30 days following your Enrolment Team’s Payout Date.
        • I.e. if your team’s ‘ET-Payout Date’  is 31 July 2018, your ‘Plan 3 Payout Date’ of 25% of your ET’s July commissions will be on 30 August 2018. In other words, your Plan 3 Payout date is always 30 days after your team’s payout date.
        • Your OWN Plan 1 commission Payout Dates will not be affected by the Plan 3 commission Payout Dates in any way whatsoever. They will still be paid out as illustrated in the section describing Plan 1 above.

COMMISSION TABLES WITH PERCENTAGES AND PAYMENT ESTIMATES

TERMINATION OF POSITION:

  • By accepting this position, you do not become an employee of the Academy of Wellness – you are contracting to the Academy of Wellness in your own right as an independent business owner.  This is a verbal contract and can be terminated by both parties at any point in time,
    1. Should YOU terminate this verbal agreement between you and the Academy of Wellness, this must be done by sending an email to this effect to info@academyofwellness.org
    2. Should the Academy of Wellness terminate this verbal agreement between you and the Academy of Wellness, you will receive an email to this effect from info@academyofwellness.org
  • Should the position be terminated,
    1. All outstanding enrolments that qualify for Plan 1 Deposits commission payments will be paid out at the end of the calendar month in the relevant Payment Run as detailed above, provided that all the relevant invoices are submitted to the Academy of Wellness.
    2. All outstanding enrolments that qualify for Plan 1 Instalment Plan commission payments will be paid out as detailed above,at the end of each month for three calendar months following the date of termination, to remunerate your efforts in the period preceding your termination date.
    3. All Plan 2 Instalment Plan commission payments will CEASE WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT from the email termination date.
    4. All Plan 3 Instalment Plan commission payments will be paid out as detailed above, at the end of the month and for ONE calendar month following the date of termination, to remunerate you for your Enrolment Team efforts in the period preceding your termination date.
    5. The above Termination commissions will be paid irrespective of  which party terminated this arrangement.
    6. The above Termination commissions will be paid irrespective of the reason for termination, provided such termination did not arise from unlawful or immoral activities in carrying out your Enrolment Manager role at the Academy of Wellness.
    7. Should the condition outlined in point 6 be transgressed, and result in termination of this arrangement by either party, then all Plan 1, 2, and 3 commission payments will cease with immediate effect.
        • Examples of the term ‘immoral’ include:
          • Promising discounts to prospective students in order to generate enrolments, not approved or endorsed by the Partners of the Academy of Wellness.
          • ‘Trading’ your enrolments with your Enrolment Team members in order to attempt to generate a higher Plan 3 commission payout for yourself. (This would in effect, be short sighted, as the ET Plan 3 commissions will never generate a higher income for yourself, compared to submitting your own enrolments – even on your lowest Plan 1 commission percentage)
          • Any promises or activities designed to generate enrolments that are outside the moral scope of Partners of the Academy of Wellness.

Once we have agreed that we are a mutual ‘fit’, we will email you an Enrolment Manager Acceptance Acknowledgement. You can then simply reply to the email, acknowledging your acceptance.

The date of your reply email will then constitute the start of your Enrolment Manager role and all Plan commissions will take effect from this date of your reply email.

Once we have received your Acceptance, we will email you the login details to your Unique Referral Affiliate Programme (uRAP) Account Management Dashboard, if you are not already a registered RAP member, with links to marketing copy and suggestions to get you started.

If you are already a registered RAP member, we will upgrade your commission percentages in your RAP account to reflect the higher Enrolment Manager commissions, and email you to confirm this.
